Your goal may be to run your first 10km, your first marathon, or perhaps you're hoping to break a 2hr half marathon, or complete your first Ironman or qualify for World Championships - no matter where you are starting and no matter how big the goal, The Innate Athlete will tailor a program to suit your individual lifestyle, your previous experience and your current abilities to help you achieve your desired goals.
1. Online Weekly Programming (ongoing) - Minimum commitment of 12 weeks ($60 per week)
2. Monthly Programming - Minimum commitment of 3months ($220 per month)
3. One-off event Programming - 12-20weeks ($320-500) - a single program designed to target a single race.
All options include initial consultation and personalised goal setting session.
Options 1 and 2 include unlimited email and phone support.

This is a 6 week Program designed for active individuals and athletes alike, to transition into a more plant-based nutrition plan.
Whether you choose to go exclusively Vegan or you just wish to incorporate more whole food-plant based sources into your diet, this is a program that will be tailored to your needs.
This program is designed with the busy endurance athlete in mind - a program for the time-poor. Eating a plant-based diet does not need to be complicated or time-consuming and nor do you need to be a hatted chef to create delicious and satisfying meals that meet your athletic requirements.
As athletes, we require an abundance of nutrients, we need food that aides recovery and reduces the potential for inflammation. We want to consume foods that promote health and performance and this can certainly be achieved on a plant-based whole foods diet, without the toxic load of convenient yet processed foods and animal proteins.
It includes an initial consultation, weekly food planning, shopping lists, recipes and all the necessary resources and strategies to make the powerful transition to a whole foods, plant based lifestyle.
The initial 6 weeks is followed with 6 x 1/2hr phone or Skype calls to discuss challenges and strategies you can implement to ensure the transition is sustainable.
Cost - $595
After the initial 12 weeks if further consultation is required, an hourly rate for ongoing consultation will be incurred.
